Position Summary
The Summer Intern supports seasonal operations through guest engagement and revenue-driving wine activations in Food & Beverage, while also providing dedicated administrative and project support to the Fundraising & Development office. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable interacting with guests and can balance front-line service with behind-the-scenes project work.
Key Responsibilities
Wine Sales & Activation
- Serve as a key team member for wine-related sales initiatives, promotions, and guest experiences.
- Support and execute wine activations/events to increase guest engagement and drive beverage revenue.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and assist guests with wine selections when appropriate.
- Maintain clean, organized activation areas and support operational readiness (set-up/tear-down, stocking, signage, basic tracking).
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure activations align with daily operations and service standards.
Fundraising & Development Support
- Provide project support for the Party in the Park summer fundraiser, including planning, logistics, and coordination.
- Assist with donor and sponsor outreach preparation (materials, lists, follow-up support, documentation).
- Support development and sales administration, including data entry, document organization, and internal coordination.
- Help prepare event materials and assist with onsite execution needs as assigned by the Development team.
Additional Duties
